Every kid loves Pasta and my daughter loves everything in this Pasta recipe. She loves mushrooms, peppers, pasta and cheese. The Pasta recipe is vegetarian and I have served grilled chicken separately for her in the meal to make up for less protein. She was ecstatic to see the garlic bread car with sweet corn wheels. Well, that’s my favorite part of this meal plate too. This again is a well-balanced meal with protein, carbs, vegetables, calcium and fruits.

I love to make white sauce pasta and I make my own white sauce at home. See the various types of white sauces in Classic White Sauce Recipe Video. Mushrooms add a very unique dimension to the white sauce. I love the earthy and Umami taste it imparts to the entire dish. Try this recipe for Pasta and let me know how you liked it. For Grilled Chicken, I usually marinate 1 whole chicken breast with salt, lemon juice and pepper powder for 1 hour or so. Then simply pan fry with little oil, cover and cook until done. Making some gashes on the thicker parts of the meat helps in cooking faster and for the marinade to reach deeper.

This is my third meal in the series of kids meals which are fun, creative, healthy and yummy. Take a look at my first two meals:
