Crispy and fun Chicken Pops are an ultimate kids snack which are perfect for quick snacking, lunch boxes and as kids party snack

I made these fun, healthy, protein and health packed chicken pops for my daughter who loves to eat finger food. She loves chicken but doesn’t eat chicken in a gravy. That’s what led me to work on chicken snack recipes.

I must confess, the concept of snacks has made my life a wee bit easier. I pack all the nutrients, protein in the snacks I offer my child. She eats snacks happily while fussy when served dinner. I am not sure what it is about dinner, but snack times are just what’s working for us.

I have slowly started making her meal times and snack times more fun. You can see how by looking at these recipes I made for her, Mini Pizza Coins, Potato Smiley Without Cornflour, Chocolate Banana Sushi, Eggless Butter Cookies, Rainbow Fruit Kebabs.

Meal times are more fun now when I include her favorite snacks with them. And these delicious, crispy, full of health chicken pops are so easy to make. Let me know if your kids liked it!

    1. Hi Ki! This is only shallow fried with very little oil. You will need to use the same amount of oil to brush these pops before baking. You can definitely bake them. I am not sure about the time it will take because I haven’t tried baking this recipe.
