  • Cherry for garnish

  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 1/4 cup Hung curd
  • 1/2 tsp Galric grated
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilies
  • 1 tbsp Parlsey chopped
  • 1/4 cup Black olives sliced
  • Cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix together hung curd with pepper, salt, red chilies, parsley, lemon juice and keep aside.
  2. Spread the hung curd mixture on one side of a tomato slice , spread olives on top and cover with another slice.
  3. Make similar tomato cheese bites. Garnish with cheese and serve.

  • 1 Cucumber cut vertically and seeds removed
  • 1/4 cup Hung curd
  • 1/2 tsp Galric grated
  • Salt to taste

  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp Parlsey chopped
  • Red chilliĀ  for garnish

  • 1 Carrot thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup CottageĀ cheese dicedĀ 
  • 1/4 cup Hung curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Parlsey chopped

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese in a blender until crumbly.
  2. Add hung curd and blend again until smooth.
  3. Take the cream cheese out and add the rest of the ingredients except carrots.
  4. Apply this spread on carrot slices and roll them to form a bite.
  5. Serve with the prepared dip.
