I love the spicy, tangy, fresh riot of flavors which Mexican cuisine has to offer and it is so very close to ours in terms of use of spices, the ingredients and also some of the dishes! My love for Mexican food is next only to Italian. I think I have made it plenty clear in my blog posts in the past as well. Have you tried this Layered Veggie Nacho Salsa Dip yet? It has the crunch of fresh vegetables, tang of the sour cream, spicy from the salsa and cheesiness from the cheese. Unbelievably Delicious!

How do I make nachos in the oven?

Instead of making this as a dip, you can also make these as loaded veggie nacho. Ingredients will remain the same. Sprinkle all the ingredients in layers on top of tortilla chips and bake till the cheese has melted. Drizzle with sour cream, fresh herbs and your loaded veggie nacho is ready.

How to make baked tortilla chips?

With the veggie nacho recipe, you get a bonus tortilla chip recipe to bake your own tortilla chips at home from scratch!
