Here’s a quick and simple bread pizza recipe which is healthy and can be made within 15 minutes. It’s a very versatile recipe where you can use your choice of vegetables, your choice of shapes and make your own art creation. This recipe can also be made with your kids helping around and making their own shapes and faces. A fun activity and a yummy food combined into one.
These are super simple to make. If you have white sauce (Check the detailed recipe for Classic White Sauce), then you can avoid cheese as well to make these pizzas. I have not used any cheese in my recipe today. My daughter and I had fun creating these cute faces with various vegetables and then eating them too in one gulp!

Quick and Easy Bread Pizza on tawa or in the oven. Cute 15 minute bread pizza recipe with white sauce for kids.
- 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 1/4 cup White Sauce* Recipe in Notes
- 3-4 Black Olives sliced
- 1/4 cup Mixed Bell Peppers finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Cheese to sprinkle optional
Cut bread slices into various shapes using cookie cutters.
Spread white sauce on all the cut bread pieces.
Arrange bell peppers, coriander and olives as a layer on top.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and cheese (optional) on top.
Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree C, for 5 minutes or until the bread is crisp.
Alternatively, you can also crisp up the bread on a griddle (or tawa) for 3-4 minutes on very low heat.
