Instant Chocolate Banana Ice Cream
A healthy, soft and creamy ice cream made with frozen bananas, chocolate and peanut butter
- 1 Medium Banana Peeled sliced and frozen
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence optional
- 2-3 tbsp Milk Replace it with Almond or Coconut Milk to make it Vegan
Blend together frozen bananas, peanut butter and cocoa powder. Add vanilla essence if using.
Add milk if the mixture is too dry. Add as much milk as required to bring a smooth consistency to the ice cream.
