Finger Food For Kids | Cajun Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Potatoes Parboiled
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Cajun Spice Mix or any spice mix of your choice

Instructions

  1. Peel the par boiled potatoes and cut them into wedges or any shape of your choice.

  2. Mix together salt, oil, potatoes and cajun spice mix.

  3. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree C for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. Serve with a dip of your choice or ketchup.
