Homemade Flavored Yogurt 4 Way

4 healthy yogurt flavors which are the quickest, most easiest way to have breakfast. Add a cereal and you have a complete full breakfast. Choose between Kesar Pista, Strawberry & Figs, Kiwi & Grapes and my favorite these days is the Tropical! Have these 4 days a week as breakfast or gobble them up as snack any time of the day!

My daughter and I love yogurt or dahi and we can’t live without our fill for a day. It’s usually an accompanied thing with a meal. I wanted to change that and have yogurt as a complete meal in itself. So now some muesli and a bowl of flavored yogurt is my best breakfast to have these days.

My daughter loves flavored yogurt which we get in super markets but those are loaded with a lot of sugar and preservatives so I decided to make our own flavored yogurt at home for her and for all of us. It was a great success because all I had to was to mix fruits and jaggery in a bowl of smooth yogurt.

If you use Greek yogurt, these flavored yogurts will come out better because Greek yogurt is thicker than normal yogurt. The idea of mixing fruits with yogurt is very versatile so you don’t really need a recipe. You just need the idea to make your own flavor combinations. I have four such flavor combinations for you today to inspire you and to get you started.

Hope you enjoy all these flavored yogurt recipes and don’t forget to tell me your favorite flavor in the comment section in the post below.

Kiwi Grape Flavored Yogurt

Yogurt flavored with Kiwi pulp and chopped grape pieces to bring in the much needed crunch. I love the little kiwi seeds in this combination. Taste the Kiwi before adding it. Don’t add sour kiwi to the curd, it may become bitter.

Tropical Flavored Yogurt

Yogurt flavored with tropical flavor combinations like banana, pineapple and coconut is a delight to have. This yogurt has the sweetness from the banana, tartness from the pineapple (don’t use if it’s too sour or else seep the pineapple pieces in sugar syrup for removing the tartness) and the crunch from the roasted coconut.
