How do you make granola clusters?

Granola clusters don’t really need a separate recipe. You can simply up the wet ingredient in the granola recipe which will lead to clusters when baked.

This crunchy peanut butter granola recipe is a keeper believe me. You will want to make this again and again. I have also added choco chips to up the taste factor in this recipe. My kid eats it plain as a snack and with yogurt or milk in breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 4 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven at 170 degree C for 10 minutes.
  2. Take rolled oats in a bowl.
  3. Now melt together peanut butter, oil and honey in a pan.
  4. Mix well till everything is well blended.
  5. Pour the syrup on the rolled oats and mix well.
  6. Spread the coated oats on a baking tray.
  7. Bake in a pre heated oven for 10 minutes. Take the tray out and toss once to keep them from burning from the sides.
  8. Spread almonds on top of the oats and push the tray back in the oven to continue baking for another 8 - 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Keep a close eye on the granola now because it tends to burn quickly especially from the sides.
  9. Take the tray out and let the granola cool down completely.
  10. Mix chocolate chips in the granola, once cold, before storing in an air tight container.
