Yes, all you have to do is put frozen banana pieces in a blender and blend till smooth thick ice cream is ready. To help make the ice cream, you may need to use little lubricant like milk or coconut milk to start blending.

If you peel and slice bananas then you can keep them in the freezer for three to four months and if you freeze unpeeled bananas then not more than two weeks.

Pineapple Ice Cream
A healthy, soft and creamy ice cream made with frozen bananas, frozen pineapples and coconut milk.
- 1 Banana Medium Size, Peeled sliced and frozen
- 1/2 cup Pineapple frozen
- 1/4 cup Coconut Milk / Coconut Cream
- 2 tbsp Honey optional
- 3 tbsp Toasted Desiccated Coconut
Blend together frozen bananas, frozen pineapples.
Add coconut milk to get the blender going. Add as much milk as required to bring a smooth consistency to the ice cream. Add honey if using and if the ice cream is too sour.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut on top or just mix it in for that tropical bowl of goodness.
