Healthy spinach soup recipe or palak soup recipe is a comforting, creamy and the most delicious way of eating Spinach. This recipe will turn the Spinach haters into spinach lovers!
Let me be honest and say that I never really liked spinach. But this soup recipe has made me fall in love! You have to believe me when I say that. It’s the creamiest, the most flavorful and delicious soup ever… let me say this again the best spinach soup ever!
This one has creaminess from the potatoes and absolutely no cream. You can add if you like, but there is no need as it’s creamy as is. I also loved it because of the fact that it has a handful of ingredients, yet the taste shines through. The color is a prefect, shiny green which I love. I have paired it with shallow fried paneer cubes or cottage cheese cubes, but you can opt out of it. Although it added to the taste and made it into a perfect dinner. This one fits the bill of a low carb dinner recipe and is also a kids favorite!
Go ahead and make this deliciousness. Don’t forget to tell me how you liked it. If you are a mushroom lover just like me, this Creamy Mushroom Sauce Recipe will come in as the only way to add mushrooms in all your recipes. Also check out the Vegetable Au Gratin Recipe and the White Sauce Recipe.
