A simple and healthy strawberry smoothie recipe with homemade cream cheese is oh so refreshing. This frozen strawberry smoothie is creamy, tart, sweet and smooth.
There was a time, when I would flinch at the mention of a smoothie. Yeah, you heard that right! I used to hate smoothies before. I can’t really pin point on a reason, but it had to do with the texture and the fact that it was cold. I am a tea person and love my soothing, hot cuppa every day or multiple times a day or multiple times every day :-). I was unable to consume a cold and thick smoothie. And then I tried the strawberry cream cheese smoothie and fell in love with it! The rest is history!
This strawberry smoothie recipe has made me rethink smoothie once again or let’s just say I have a like relationship with smoothies now. I will try more smoothie recipes to bring myself to love them.
