Tender Coconut Ice Cream Recipe
This natural style Tender Coconut ice cream is refreshingly creamy, bursting with Tender Coconut flavor, subtly sweet and very easy to make. This ice cream is made with only a few ingredients, without any ice cream maker and it’s a no egg recipe.
Coconut and summer are a match made in heaven. Coconut provides the much needed cool to the body during summer. It cleanses the body and instantly refreshes it. Coconut water is a very natural and healthy drink and if the coconut has the tender coconut meat, it’s like cherry on the cake. I love eating the velvety, buttery soft and tender coconut meat at the end. I wait for the coconut water to finish to scoop the tender coconut meat and eat.

This Tender Coconut ice cream is easy and requires very few ingredients. You just need whipping cream, condensed milk, Tender Coconut and any sweetener of your choice if you like. It doesn’t require any special tool, you can whip the cream with either a hand whip or an electric whip. If you don’t have whipping cream, no worries, you can simply use non whipping cream and carry on with the recipe as it is.
Let’s jump on to the recipe and learn how to make creamy and most delicious Tender Coconut ice cream.
Tender Coconut Ice Cream
Tender Coconut ice cream is creamy, bursting with fresh and natural Tender Coconut flavor and very easy to make.
- 1/2 cup Whipping Cream or 1 cup non-whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Condensed Milk or adjust as per your taste
- 1 cup Tender Coconut Meat
- 2 tbsp Tender Coconut Meat chopped
- 1/2 cup Tender Coconut Water
- 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
Put 1 cup Tender Coconut meat in a blender along with tender coconut water.
Blend to a smooth puree.
If using whipping cream, whip it till soft peaks or it’s very well aerated. We don’t need proper peaks only well aeration of the cream.
If you don’t have whipping cream, use regular non whipping cream as is in a bowl.
Add condensed milk, Blended Coconut Puree, Coconut Milk and Chopped tender coconut meat.
Mix lightly. Cover the bowl, with a cling wrap or aluminum foil so that the ice cream doesn’t come in contact with freezer air directly.
Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Remove the cling wrap, scoop out the creamy ice cream and serve immediately.
