Chinese Five Spice

Chinese Five Spice Powder is a very aromatic all spice powder used in Asian cuisine which can just lift up a dish completely.

Ingredients
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 2 tsp Black pepper seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp Fennel
  • 1 tsp Cloves
  • 1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
Instructions
  1. Dry roast all spices in a pan over low heat until aromatic. Let it cool. Grind into a fine powder. Store in an air tight container.
