Ingredients
  • 100 gms Paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Cut Paneer into strips of equal length. 

  2. Add oil, salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, garlic and lemon juice in paneer strips.

  3. Mix well and shallow fry until golden brown.

  4. Serve with a dip of your choice or ketchup.
