Ingredients
FOR SABUDANA PANCAKE:
  • 1 cup Sabudana (tapioca pearl) soaked 1 hour
  • 1/2 cup Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts crushed
  • 1/4 cup Onion chopped (optional for fasting)
  • 1/4 cup Coriander chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 4 tbsp Oil for shallow frying
FOR COCONUT BALL:
  • 1/4 cup Hung curd
  • 1 tsp Coriander chopped
  • 1 tsp Onion chopped (optional for fasting)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic chopped (optional for fasting)
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp Red chili flakes
Instructions
  1. Mix all the sabudana pancake ingredients together except for oil.
  2. Make patties and shallow fry on a flat griddle or make waffles in your waffle iron.
  3. Mix dessicated coconut and red chili flakes and place on a plate.
  4. Mix hung curd, onion, coriander, salt, red chili powder and garlic together and make two balls.
  5. Roll these balls in the coconut chili dry mixture till they are coated well.
  6. Serve with hot pancakes.
