Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rava (Suji or Semolina)
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 Fresh coriander small bunch chopped
  • Water as required
  • 1/2 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum sliced
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes sliced
  • Fresh coriander small bunch
  • Podi masala to sprinkle
Instructions
  1. Mix together rawa or semolina, curd, salt, black pepper, chopped coriander.
  2. Add water to bring the batter to a medium consistency.
  3. Set aside while you switch on the gas and heat a pan.
  4. Once the pan is hot, make small and thin uttapam (pancakes) two to three at a time depending on how big the pan is.
  5. Use very little oil to drizzle and cover and cook for a minute. Flip and cook until cooked through and slightly brown.
  6. To assemble, add vegetable slices, coriander between each uttapam and sprinkle with podi. Pick up and eat as tacos!
