Delicious, healthy and low carb chicken burger made with bell pepper as buns. You can eat these guilt free in a low carb diet.
Mix together the ingredients listed under spinach mix and keep aside.
Mix together the ingredients listed under chicken patty and keep aside.
Cut bell peppers into three equal parts vertically. Look at the video (above) to know more.
Preheat the oven at 200 degree C.
Stuff the middle part of the bell pepper with the chicken mix. Stuff the top and bottom part with the spinach and cheese mix.
Arrange on a baking tray and bake at 200 degree C for about 8 to 10 minutes.
For arranging the burger, remove the layer of pepper from the cooked patty. Now place the bottom part of the bell pepper, place lettuce on this.
Place a slice of onion and tomato on top. Now place the chicken patty. Layer with a lettuce again.
Now place the top of the bell pepper.
