Indian spiced roasted chickpeas recipe is crispy, crunchy, spicy and insanely addictive.
Mix together chickpeas, salt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin powder, oil, chaat masala, red chili powder. Coat the chickpeas well.
Heat a skillet and put the above chickpeas and roast them on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Keep stirring in between. Serve warm.
