Veg hara bhara kabab recipe is made with spinach, peas and a hint of mint. The kabab is wrapped in hmemade roti to make a delicious wrap or roll.
Heat olive oil in a pan and once it's hot, add chopped onions. Once translucent, add green chili and garlic.
Mix well and add capsicum. Now add spinach, mint, coriander and peas. Mix well.
Blend together into a coarse mix. Add boiled potatoes, red chili powder, garam masala and chaat masala.
I don't use any unhealthy binder like cornflour because it's manageable to cook without it. A bit soft but still every bit delicious.
