Healthy, edible tree made with sauteed vegetables are a perfect way to feed vegetables to our kids.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or any regular oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Italian Spice Mix*
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Bell Pepper Triangels
  • 1/2 cup Baby Corn Cylinders, steamed
  • 8 Small Skewers optional
Instructions
  1. Heat Olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and saute for half a minute.

  2. Add vegetables and saute on high heat for a couple of minutest until they are slightly charred but still have a bit of bite in them.

  3. Add the Italian Spice Mix* (you can replace this with some mixed herbs, pepper, red chili flakes and salt) and mix well.

  4. Once the herbs have coated the vegetables well, switch off the gas and take the vegetables out.

  5. Now in a skewer, put two small baby corn cylinders and then a bell pepper triangle to make a tree. Serve as a side dish!
