15 Minute Crispy Paneer Fingers are crunchy, healthy protein packed snack for kids and adults.
Sprinkle salt on paneer strips and set aside.
Make the peanut butter sauce by grinding together peanut butter, red chili flakes, salt, garlic, lemon juice, oil, soy sauce.
Grind until a smooth paste is formed. Mix a bit of water if it's too thick to coat the paneer properly. Adjust seasoning at this stage and make it more robust with flavors. Add honey here if required.
In a flat plate, mix together rice flour, oats, salt, oregano and pepper.
Now take each strip of paneer, dip in peanut butter sauce to coat well, coat in the mixture of oats properly and shallow fry in oil until crisp and done.
Now insert popsicle sticks into each cooked paneer finger or serve as is with some ketchup or dip of your choice.
