A 15 minute quick homemade granola recipe which is healthy, crunchy and made with honey, almonds and apricots.
Mix the oats with salt, oil, honey, vanilla and stir to combine or mix with your hands.
Preheat the oven to 150 degree C and spread the mix in the oven tray (in a thin layer), on a cookie liner or parchment paper and bake for 7 to 10 mins or until light golden brown.
Bring it out of the oven and use a fork to separate the mix and add nuts, dried fruits and seeds (if using). I have used dried apricots and sliced almonds. Stir to combine and store in an air tight jar once cold.
I have used both the rods in my oven and a fan to bake these at 150 degree C. If you don't have fan in your oven, then increase the temperature by 10 degree C
