Healthy, nutritious, no cook energy ball recipe made with figs and almonds.

Ingredients
  • 11 Dried Figs
  • 20 Almonds
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon optional
  • 1 tbsp Ghee clarified butter if required
Instructions
  1. If figs are very dry, then soak them in hot water for 30 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and use the soft figs. Chop the dried figs, if they are soft enough, into small pieces so it’s easy to grind. 

  2. Grind figs till it’s crumbly and a bit sticky.

  3. Now add cinnamon powder and almonds and grind till almonds are well ground and mixed with the figs. This mixture should be sticky. If it’s not sticky, then use a little ghee and grind again.
  4. Once the mixture is sticky it will bind well into small balls.
  5. Take a tsp of the mixture and bind it into a ball of approximately 1/2 inch diameter. Repeat till all the mixture is used up. You should get 14 such balls with the entire mixture.
  6. Since it’s made with dried fruits and nuts, a small ball is sufficient at one time.
