For Simple Sugar Syrup
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
For Nimbu Pani Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Black Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
For Lemonade (Nimbu Pani)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tbsp Simple Syrup or as per taste
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Nimbu Pani Masala
  • 1/4 cup Ice
  • Lemon Slices and Mint Leaves for Garnish
For Simple Sugar Syrup
  1. Heat together water and sugar. Keep stirring in between till sugar dissolves.

  2. Take it off the heat as soon as the sugar dissolves completely. Sieve the mixture to get rid of impurities. Let the syrup cool before using.

For Nimbu Pani Masala
  1. Mix together all the ingredients for nimbu pani masala and sprinkle it on top of the lemonade.

For Lemonade (Nimbu Pani)
  1. Put some ice in a tumbler. Add lemon juice, simple sugar syrup (or fine sugar powder), nimbu pani masala, lemon slices, mint leaves and water to fill the tumbler. Adjust taste to your liking and serve chilled
