Healthy, Nutritious Moong dal chilla made with soaked moong dal and stuffed with a spicy paneer (cottage cheese) stuffing.
Put soaked and drained moong dal, ginger, green chili, salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder and cumin powder in a blender.
Heat a flat griddle or pan on the gas stove. Once the griddle is hot, smear very little oil.
Heat a pan, add oil and let it heat. Now add onion and capsicum. Fry till soft.
Now add crumbled paneer, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, black pepper powder and chopped coriander and mix well. Cook for a minute and take it off the heat.
