A spicy, tangy and sweet Pani Puri lemonade made with mint, coriander, green chili, tamarind, ginger and some spices.

  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 Green Chilies
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1 tsp Pani Puri Masala
  • Black Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Imli Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Syrup* (or 1 tbsp fine sugar)
  • 1 cup Water
  • Mint Leaves, Ginger Slice, Bundi (khara) for Garnish
  1. Blend together everything except the garnish.
  2. Sieve the juice and keep aside.
  3. In a jar or a glass, put some ice, a few mint leaves, ginger slice and some bundi.
  4. Pour the pani puri juice and serve chilled.
Recipe Notes

For Simple Sugar Syrup*

  1. Heat together water and sugar, in equal quantities.
  2. Keep stirring in between till sugar dissolves.
  3. Take it off the heat as soon as the sugar dissolves completely. Sieve the mixture to get rid of impurities. Let the syrup cool before using.
