Tender Coconut ice cream is creamy, bursting with fresh and natural Tender Coconut flavor and very easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream or 1 cup non-whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Condensed Milk or adjust as per your taste
  • 1 cup Tender Coconut Meat
  • 2 tbsp Tender Coconut Meat chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tender Coconut Water
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
Instructions
  1. Put 1 cup Tender Coconut meat in a blender along with tender coconut water.

  2. Blend to a smooth puree.
  3. If using whipping cream, whip it till soft peaks or it’s very well aerated. We don’t need proper peaks only well aeration of the cream.
  4. If you don’t have whipping cream, use regular non whipping cream as is in a bowl.
  5. Add condensed milk, Blended Coconut Puree, Coconut Milk and Chopped tender coconut meat.
  6. Mix lightly. Cover the bowl, with a cling wrap or aluminum foil so that the ice cream doesn’t come in contact with freezer air directly.
  7. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Remove the cling wrap, scoop out the creamy ice cream and serve immediately.
