Chocolate Ice Cream With Choco Chips
Chocolate ice cream with choco chips is rich, velvety and decadent chocolaty home made ice cream
or 1 cup non-whipping cream
or adjust as per your taste
If using whipping cream, whip it till soft peaks or it’s very well aerated. We don’t need proper peaks only well aeration of the cream.
If you don’t have whipping cream, use regular non whipping cream as is in a bowl.
Add cocoa powder and condensed milk.
Mix well with light hands and add choco chips at the end.
Give a final swirl with choco chips. Cover the bowl, with a cling wrap or aluminum foil or a plastic lid so that the ice cream doesn’t come in contact with freezer air directly.
Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Remove the plastic lid, scoop out the creamy ice cream and serve immediately.
