Egg and Banana Pancake
Made with just 2 ingredients, egg and banana recipe is very easy to make and healthy too.

Oil for shallow frying
Peel the banana and mash it with the help of a fork or a masher. Don’t blend.
Now add a cracked and whisked egg in the mashed banana.
Add vanilla essence and mix well. The mixture will be thinner than pancake consistency.
Using a scooper or a ladle, take equal measures of the mixture and put them on a hot griddle or a frying pan.
Drizzle some oil on top and shallow fry from both sides until well browned or done.
Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup or honey.
