Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Banana Medium
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence optional
  • Oil for shallow frying
Instructions
  1. Peel the banana and mash it with the help of a fork or a masher. Don’t blend.
  2. Now add a cracked and whisked egg in the mashed banana.
  3. Add vanilla essence and mix well. The mixture will be thinner than pancake consistency.
  4. Using a scooper or a ladle, take equal measures of the mixture and put them on a hot griddle or a frying pan.
  5. Drizzle some oil on top and shallow fry from both sides until well browned or done.
  6. Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup or honey.
