  • 1 cup Whisked or Smooth Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp jaggery powder or ground sugar
  • 1/4 cup Banana chopped
  • 1 tbsp Pineapple* chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dessicated Cococnut
  1. Add jaggery or sugar to the whisked (and lump free) yogurt. Mix well.
  2. Crush the banana using a mortal and pestle and add it in the prepared yogurt.
  3. Add chopped pineapple, dessicated coconut in the yogurt and mix well.
  4. Serve chilled.
Recipe Notes

*Pineapple - If the pineapple is too tart (sour) then don't use it directly in the recipe. You can boil the pineapple pieces in sugar syrup for some time and let theĀ  sugar syrup seep into the pineapple before using it. You can alternatively use canned pineapple pieces (after removing the juices)
