  • 1 Banana Medium Size, Peeled sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple frozen
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk / Coconut Cream
  • 2 tbsp Honey optional
  • 3 tbsp Toasted Desiccated Coconut
  1. Blend together frozen bananas, frozen pineapples.
  2. Add coconut milk to get the blender going. Add as much milk as required to bring a smooth consistency to the ice cream. Add honey if using and if the ice cream is too sour.
  3. Sprinkle with toasted coconut on top or just mix it in for that tropical bowl of goodness.
