Ginger hot chocolate is a perfect hot drink to make you feel warm and fuzzy on a rainy or a cold day! Moderately spiced with the perfect amount of chocolate is like a warm hug on a cold day.
My family loves hot chocolate with little marshmallows and I decided to spice it up a little bit. This ginger hot chocolate is mildly spiced with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and of course lots of ginger. The amount of ginger depends upon your liking and you can change the quantity as per your preference.
I love this spiced hot chocolate simply because spices lend a pleasant warmth to the drink. If you love all things ginger, I am sure you will grow fond of this drink too. I am definitely a ginger lover and love to munch on ginger candy every once in a while. I also love ginger in my tea.
With this hot chocolate variation on my blog, I now have three hot chocolate recipes. This should be enough to tell you our love for hot chocolate. Try this spiced ginger hot chocolate and also go through some of our other drinks right here:
